浅析彭静山教授学术思想之一——八字取穴大接经

通过查阅大量彭老相关书籍和文献,走访彭老的家人等多种方式,进行学习彭老的从医经历及诊病思路、过程。作者认真研究彭老的诊治疾病方法,总结其中医辨证及针灸治疗方面的学术思想。彭老在诊治疾病过程中,先辨阴阳,再立治法,最后临处方。他在临证取穴的时候,采用循经触诊,即寻找病穴及相关腧穴,采用八个字取穴原则,治疗上采用原络配穴大接经的方法,从而治疗疾病,临床疗效十分显著。彭老临证诊治疾病强调先辨阴阳,后立法处方,再则配穴处方。按照循经触诊取穴,采用七方十二剂和一点、二穴、三线、四面的配穴原则,通过调整机体经络气血达到治病目的。
