加味冰硝散外敷治疗恶性肿瘤下肢局限性水肿临床观察

Observation on Effect of External Application with Jiawei Bingxiao San for Treatment of Cancer Patients with Limited over Extremity Edema

目的:观察加味冰硝散外敷治疗恶性肿瘤下肢局限性水肿的临床效果。方法:将2014年辽宁中医药大学附属医院肿瘤科收入院的患者随机表法随机分为两组。对照组予常规冰硝散外敷;治疗组予加味冰硝散外敷,观察两组患者下肢水肿变化及相关症状变化情况。结果:13例患者符合入组条件,对照组6例,治疗组7例。对照组治疗前患肢周径(127.46±12.47)cm,治疗后为(120.51±10.47)cm,治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前患肢周径(122.21±10.48)cm,治疗后为(102.23±8.60)cm,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。对照组有效率33%,治疗组有效率86%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前局部症状评分(6.37±1.34)分,治疗后为(4.89±1.26)分,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前局部症状评分(6.29±1.03)分,治疗后为(3.71±1.16)分,治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间治疗比较,P<0.05。结论:加味冰硝散外敷治疗恶性肿瘤下肢局限性水肿有明确疗效,能明显缩小下肢周径,缓解患肢肿胀程度,并对局部症状有明显改善,改善患者的生活质量,达到晚期恶性肿瘤姑息治疗的目的。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the Jiawei Bingxiao San external treatment of cancer patients with limited lower extremity edema. Methods：The patients which were hospitalized in 2014 of affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine oncology were randomly divided into two groups according to random table. Results：13 cases of patients met inclusion criteria,6 cases in control group,7 cases in experimental group. After treatment the treatment group was significantly reduced lower limb circumference：Before treatment the limb circumference of control group was（127.46±12.47）cm.After treatment the limb circumference was（120.51±10.47）cm,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment the limb circumference of treatment group was（122.21±10.48）cm.After treatment the limb circumference was（102.23±8.60）cm,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The efficient of the control group was 33% and the treatment group was 86%,the difference was statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The local symptoms also improved significantly：Before treatment the local symptom score of control group was 6.37±1.34.After treatment the local symptom score was 4.89±1.26,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment the local symptom score of treatment group was 6.29±1.03. After treatment the local symptom score was 3.71±1.16,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Also,the difference between the control group and treatment group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The cancer patients with limited lower extremity edema treated with external application can significantly reduce lower limb circumference also improve the local symptoms and the quality of life of patients to achieve the goals of the Palliative treatment for cancer patients.
