摘要
目的:探讨规范健康教育对初期老年痴呆患者的智能及生活自理能力的干预疗效。方法:对辽宁中医药大学附属医院就诊于老年病科的患者诊断为痴呆患者;临床痴呆定量评定表评定为可疑或轻度痴呆者,共14例,随机分为实验组和对照组,并系统的进行规范健康教育干预。结果:MMSE疗效指标为:实验组的总有效率为68.2%(显著疗效2例,有效3例),对照组的总有效率为27.3%(显著疗效0例,有效2例);ADL疗效指标为:实验组总有效率85.7%(显著疗效2例,有效4例),对照组总有效率为42.8%(显著疗效0例,有效3例)。结论:规范健康教育干预可显著改善老年痴呆患者初期的智力、记忆力,对于生活自理能力也能较大的提高和改进,并能够最大限度地干预痴呆患者规范用药、规律生活、提高智能、预防潜在的危险因素、促进康复。
Objective:To explore standard health education in patients with early alzheimer's intelligence and life self-care ability of the intervention effect. Methods:The affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine in geriatrics patients diagnosed with dementia patients;quantitative evaluation form evaluation for suspicious clinical dementia or mild dementia,a total of 14 people,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,and the system of standard health education intervention. Results:MMSE curative effect for:the total effective rate was 68.2%(remarkable curative effect in 2 cases,3 cases),control group total effective rate was 27.3%(effective 0 cases,2 cases)effectively;ADL curative effect for:the total effective rate was 85.7%(remarkable curative effect in 2 cases,4 cases),control group total effective rate was 42.8%(remarkable curative effect in 0 cases,3 cases)). Conclusion:Standard health education intervention can significantly improve alzheimer's patients early intelligence,memory,ability to care for life also can improve and improve the larger,and can maximize the intervene dementia patients use drug specifications,regular life,improve intelligence,so as to prevent potential risk factors,and promote rehabilitation.
