苁乌熄风颗粒对帕金森病中医证候、运动症状和生存质量的干预研究

Congwu Extinguish Wind Granule on Movement of Syndromes Symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and Quality of Life of Intervention Study

目的:观察苁乌熄风颗粒对帕金森病患者中医证候、运动症状和生存质量的影响。方法:帕金森病患者60例,随机分为中药组(原有西药治疗+苁乌熄风颗粒)和安慰剂组(原有西药治疗+安慰剂),于入组时和治疗后30、60、90 d评定中医证候量表、帕金森统一评分量表Ⅲ、Ⅴ部分(UPDRSⅢ、Ⅴ)及帕金森39项问卷(PDQ39),对比分析。结果:治疗后60、90 d中药组中医证候,UPDRSⅢ、Ⅴ及PDQ39评分均显著低于安慰剂组(均P<0.05);中药组治疗后60、90 d中医证候、UPDRSⅢ、Ⅴ及PDQ39评分较入组时及治疗后30 d显著降低(均P<0.05)。结论:苁乌熄风颗粒可改善帕金森病患者的中医证候和运动症状,提高患者生存质量。

Objective：Observation the influence of the Congwu Extinguish Wind Granule on syndromes,movement symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease patients and the quality of life. Methods：60 cases of patients with Parkinson＇s disease,were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group（original western medicine treatment ＋ Congwu Extinguish Wind Granule）and placebo（original western medicine treatment ＋ placebo）,in the group and 30,60,90 days after treatment of traditional chinese medicine symptom scale,unified Parkinson＇s disease rating scaleⅢ,Ⅴ part of 39（UPDRSⅢ,Ⅴ）and Parkinson＇s disease questionnaire（PDQ39）,comparison and analysis. Results：60,90 days after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine group of traditional chinese medicine symptoms,UPDRS Ⅲ,Ⅴ and PDQ39 scores were significantly lower than that of the placebo group（P〈0.05）;After traditional chinese medicine treatment group of 60,90 days of traditional chinese medicine symptoms,UPDRS Ⅲ,Ⅴ and PDQ39 score is in the group and 30 days significantly reduced after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Congwu Extinguish WindGranule can improve the symptoms of Parkinson＇s disease syndromes and exercise,improve the quality of survival.
