整体护理对白血病患者化疗心理及依从性影响

Effect of Psychology and Compliance of Leukemia Chemotherapy Patients by Holistic Nursing

目的:探讨整体护理对白血病患者化疗心理及依从性的影响。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院血液科诊断为白血病并进行化疗的60例患者,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组各30例,试验组中采用整体护理模式进行护理,对照组采用传统护理模式进行护理。统计两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)以评价患者的焦虑、抑郁水平,统计症状自评量表SCL-90的各项因子分,记录护理后依从性变化。结果:两组患者经过治疗及护理后,试验组SDS评分(43.6±9.2)分及SAS评分(43.1±9.4)分明显低于对照组(50.9±8.9)分及(52.6±9.3)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗及护理后,试验组患者的完全依从性(46.67%)明显高于对照组(20.00%),试验组患者的不依从性(20.00%)明显低于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经过治疗及护理后,试验组患者SCL-90各因子评分明显低于传统试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理显著改善白血病患者化疗的心理状态,提高化疗的依从性。

Objective：To study the effect of psychology and compliance of leukemia chemotherapy patients by holistic nursing. Methods：60 cases of leukemia patients with chemotherapy in our hospital,randomly divided into observation group（30 cases）and control group（30 cases）,the observation group used the mode of holistic nursing care,the control group used traditional nursing. Statistical of self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）and self-rating depression scale（SDS）from the two groups to evaluate the patient＇s anxiety and depression levels. Symptom Checklist（SCL-90）of the factor scores for statistics,records changes after treatment compliance. Results：After treatment and nursing,the SDS score（43.6±9.2）points and SAS score（43.1±9.4） points of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（50.9±8.9）points and（52.6±9.3）points,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Ater treatment and nursing,full compliance of observation group（46.67%）was significantly higher than the control group（20%）,non compliance of observation group（20%）was significantly lower than the control group（63.33%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;After treatment and nursing,the patients of observation group with SCL- 90 every factor score significantly lower than the traditional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Holistic nursing significantly improve mental state of leukemia patients with chemotherapy,improve the compliance of chemotherapy.
