Progress on TCM Research of Carcinoma of Large Intestine

大肠癌是严重危及人类健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率及死亡率居世界第五位,近年来呈上升趋势。中医药通过对大肠癌病因病机的研究,在审证求因、辨证施治思想的指导下,从整体观出发,根据患者症状的不同,制定不同的治疗方案,在大肠癌的治疗中发挥着重要的作用。该文回顾了近年来大肠癌中医病因病机及辨证分型方面的研究进展,从大肠癌病因病机、辨证论治、专方专药、针灸等多个方面将近几年的中医药研究情况作一综述。

Carcinoma of large intestine is common which seriously affects people＇s health. Its incidence and death rate is the fifth of the world and is fast increasing recently. Chinese medicine studies the causes and pathogenesis of large intestine cancer,guiding by theories of syndrome differentiation and classification,therapeutic principles of large intestine and the whole of human. The essay is the review of TCM causes and pathogenesis research devolvement in large intestine cancer and it summarized the recent TCM research of large intestine cancer which included causes,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,special prescription and medicine,acupuncture and so on.
