摘要
采用数值模拟方法比较研究两种几何尺寸旋风分离器内流场和颗粒运动。对单相流场采用湍流各向异性的大涡模型(Large Eddy Simulation),对气、固两相流场采用相间耦合的随机轨道模型。研究锥体下口直径对旋风分离器速度分布,压力分布,和对颗粒运动轨迹的影响,为进一步研究旋风分离器的分离机理理论及实验研究打下基础。
Use Numerical simulation method to study the flow field and particle motion in two geometric dimen-sions cyclone. Single-phase flow field turbulence anisotropy of Large Eddy Simulation model,the gas and solid flow using a stochastic model of phase coupling. Qualitative research the effect of hopper diameter size on dis-tribution of flow field speed,pressure distribution,and the influence of particle trajectories,to lay the foundation for further study of the cyclone separation mechanism of theoretical and experimental study.
