高职院校教师工作压力源研究——基于L校的调查数据

Research on Higher Vocational College Teachers' Work Pressure Source——Based on the Data of L Higher Vocational College

当前,高职院校教师在工作上面临着巨大压力,压力的来源多元复杂,剖析其工作压力源具有重大的现实意义。基于L校教师的研究结果表明:来自学生因素、组织和团队因素、个人因素三个维度的14个潜在压力源可分为三个层次,会对高职院校教师工作压力产生不同程度的影响。

At present, higher vocational colleges; teachers are at work under enormous pressure, pressure sources of diverse and complex. It has great realistic significance to analyze their work pressure sources. The research based on the data of L Higher Vocational College shows that 14 potential pressure sources from students factors, organization and team factors , and individuals factors can be divided into three levels, which affect the higher vocational college teachers＇work pressure in different degrees.
