摘要 为减轻和控制镉对水稻生长的危害,提高水稻产量和品质,通过水培试验,研究不同硫、硒配施对镉胁迫下水稻幼苗生长极其吸收镉的影响。结果表明:在镉污染的农田中施用硫、硒可以明显提高水稻幼苗素质,加快出叶速度,茎基宽、根冠比及生物量明显提高。硫硒配施可以抑制土壤中的镉向水稻各器官的迁移、转运,从而降低镉的毒害。 In order to reduce and control the harm of Cd to rice growth and improve the yield and quality of rice,the effect of sulfur and Se on the form of Cd and absorption of Cd in rice seedling was investigated by means of nutrient solution culture experiment.The results showed that: Application of sulfur or Se fertilizer, could significantly improve the quality of rice seeding, and accelerate the leaf emergence rate,make shoot wider and flater and increase significantly the root-top ratio and biomass. Application of sulfur and Se fertilizer could restrain the transport and transformation of Cd in different rice parts, making significant difference from the control. In conclusion, sulfur and Se can effectively alleviate the Cd toxicity in rice seedling.
