提高高职专业教师实践能力的研究与思考——以物流管理专业为例

On Improving Practical capacity of professional teachers in higher vocational Colleges --Taking Logistics Management Major as an Example

教师的专业实践能力是高职教学质量的重要保障，为适应新时期的职业教育，加强青年教师的实践能力培养是高职院校的当务之急，以物流管理专业为例，提出了高职院校教师实践能力培养的几点创新策略。

Teachers＇ practical ability in profession is an important guarantee to teaching quality in higher vocational education, in order to adapt to the new forms of vocational education, strengthening the young teachers＇practical ability is only path in development of higher vocational colleges, taking the logistics management major as an example, several innovation strategies of cultivating teachers＇ practical ability in higher vocational colleges are put forward in this paper.
