能量外科器械在肝脏手术中的应用 被引量:20

摘要 现代肝脏外科技术的发展除了理念的进步,也离不开手术器械的不断改进。从20世纪初电能量器械(电刀)的引入开始,到近年来逐步发展的超声能量器械等,每一次都给肝脏外科手术带来了革命性的变化。能量外科器械按能量不同可分为电能量器械和超声能量器械。前者包括高频电刀、普通双极电刀、高能双极电刀(百克钳)、结扎速血管闭合系统(Liga Sure)、氩气刀等。后者包括超声刀、超声吸引刀(CUSA)[1-4]。还有其他能量器械如射频、
