On Innovation of Open Model of Running a School for Vocational Colleges

开放式办学是高职教育发展的必然趋势,对高职院校实施"开放式办学"模式的必然性进行了阐述,提出了教学过程开放、面向社会和服务区域经济社会发展、面向国际市场的开放办学观念,倡导构建"校政行企"四方互惠联动育人机制,探讨了开展"三联三融三创"开放式办学模式的组织框架和主要目标。

Running schools openly is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education. This paper describes the inevitability to implement ＂running school openly＂mode in vocational colleges,proposes the concept of open teaching process,serving regional economic and social development as well as servicing for the international market,advocates to build ＂school- administration- industry- enterprise＂quartet reciprocal linkage mechanism for educating students and explores the organizational framework and main objectives of the ＂three- joint,three- fusion and three- creation＂open model of running schools.
