摘要
为解决内蒙古地矿局矿业公司1号地热井的结垢问题,对磷硅酸盐玻璃缓蚀剂除垢法进行了研究,发现硅磷酸盐玻璃缓蚀剂使水中的钙、镁离子与硅磷酸盐玻璃形成络合物,极大降低了水中钙、镁离子的含量,从而降低水的硬度最终抑制结垢。分别从酸的用量、PH值、温度、水流速度等方面进行试验研究,筛选出最佳条件。经过处理的地热水中微量元素含量变化很小,温度降低幅度不大(温度下降5℃左右),除垢效果良好。该法生产工艺简单,虽然药剂价格比较高,但用量少,投加简单方便。
To solve the serious scaling problem existing in geothermal wells of Inner Mongolia Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources Mining Company,the cleaning method with the phosphorus silicate glass corrosion inhibitor is studied here. The mixture formed by calcium,magnesium ions and phosphorus silicate glass can reduce the content of calcium and magnesium ions so as to prevent scaling. The acid content,PH,temperature,current speed are tested to choose the best conditions. The content of microelements in geothermal water varies little and the temperature decreases marginally( the temperature dropped about 5℃),which makes the cleaning effect very good. Although the pharmaceutical prices are relatively high,the production process is simple with little amount.
