Based on the combination of the advantages of the apprenticeship mode with the interior design technology program,the paper analyzes the talents training mode of apprenticeship and does a research on how to apply the mode into the program. At the same time,the paper analyzes the contents,the basic conditions,problems and direction of improvement so as to enhance the training quality and students＇ professional skills.
