现代学徒制培养模式之双师队伍建设研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Construction of Double-quality Teacher Team Under the Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Training

现代学徒制是行业、企业参与到职业教育人才培养全过程的人才培养模式。该模式的显著特征是专业教学任务由校内专任教师和企业兼职教师共同完成,即双导师制。双师型师资队伍建设是现代学徒制实施的基础。根据现代学徒制对师资建设的要求以及目前师资状况,提出了加强双师型师资队伍建设过程中,教师和学校应该做的内容。

The mode of modern apprenticeship is a kind of talents training way which means that the industry and enterprise involve in the vocational education process. The characteristics of it is the professional teaching tasks which are completed by the full- time teachers in school and part- time teachers in enterprises. The construction of double- quality teacher team is the basis of the realization of modern apprenticeship training. Combining with the requirement of the construction of teacher team and the current condition of teachers,the paper proposes the things what teachers and schools should do in the process of constructing double- quality teacher team.
