How does Income Structure Affect Consumption——Based on the Data of Five for the Urban Residents

本文利用CHIP2007的数据将城镇居民五等分,对五等份城镇居民的收入结构如何影响消费进行分析,在基础回归之上,进一步区分工资性收入占总收入的比重差异,农业与非农业户口的差异。结果发现:(1)财产性收入对城镇居民总体的消费支出影响程度为0.452,超出其他收入类型,此结果同中等收入者、高收入者大体一致,但影响程度稍有差异,低收入者和中高收入者则是转移性收入,中低收入者是经营性收入。(2)在五等份中,中等收入者的影响程度普遍较高,基本达到0.5以上,高收入者的影响程度基本都在0.2以下,在五等份中系数最小的。(3)分析的结果对城镇居民中的非农业人口更为适用。鉴于五等份相较各异的消费增长点,我们避免实行一刀切式的政策,应该有针对性地采取优惠措施,切实提高城镇居民的消费支出。

This paper will divide the urban residents into five portions by using data CHIP2007.the income structure of urban residents in five equal parts affect how carries on the analysis, on basis of regression, further distinguish between wage income accounted for the proportion of total income difference, the difference between agricultural and nonagricultural registered permanent residence. The results showed that：（1） the property income of urban residents in overall consumer spending influence degree is 0.452, beyond the other income types, this result with middle-income earners, broadly in line with a high earners, but slightly different influence degree and the low-income earners and high earners are metastatic revenue, operating income is low and middle income earners.（2） in the five equal parts, the influence degree of the middle-income people generally high, reached more than 0.5, the influence of high earners are below 0.2, the basic is the coefficient of minimum five slices.（3） the results of the analysis of urban residents of the non-agricultural population is more applicable. Compared with five slices of different consumption growth, we avoid a one-size-fits-all policy. preferential measures should be taken to improve consumption expenditure of urban residents.
