摘要
通过对实际生产情况进行分析,建立最优工艺参数取值点与取值误差之间关系的数学模型,从特殊到一般,得到最优点的解.通过对结果的分析,得出了实验室的最优工艺可能与企业生产的最优工艺不同.因此,提出了企业对工艺参数进行调优的必要性,并推荐一种解决方法——调优运算法.
Through the analysis of the actual production conditions,some mathematical models to describe the relationship between the optimum process parameters and their fluctuation were established,and the optimum solution was got. The results showed that the optimal parameters in the laboratory may be different from those of a company in production. Therefore,it is necessary for a company to optimize the parameters in production,and the Evolutionary Operation method is recommend.
