摘要
目的:了解陕西省某县级医疗机构医务人员工作满意度现状,为制定医务人员的激励机制提供一定的参考依据。方法:采用单纯随机抽样的方法,选取汉中地区某县级医疗机构医务人员发放问卷进行调查。结果:医务人员对工作总体满意度水平一般,其中满意度水平较低的是薪资水平、福利待遇、工作环境、管理体制;不同人口学特征医务人员的工作满意度存在差异性。结论:医务人员对工作的满意度水平较低,要引起重视;消除医务人员在工作满意度上的差异;优化工作环境,促进医务人员更好的发展。
Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction of medical staffs in county medical institution of Shaanxi province,provide references for formulating incentive system. Methods: Medical staff from hospitals in towns of Hanzhong Area are chosen to be investigate by means of questionnaires. Results: The survey data shows that the current medical staffs' job satisfaction is not high,the lower terms of satisfaction are income and benefit package,work environment,institutional management. There exist differences towards the job satisfaction among different medical staff.Conclusion: The job satisfaction was not high,so emphasizing on job satisfaction; eliminating the difference of job satisfaction; optimizing occupational environment.
