新型城镇化下现代田园城市综合评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Index System of Modern Garden City from Perspective of New Pattern Urbanization

现代田园城市评价指标是衡量和评价中国新型城镇化发展状况和趋势的一种工具。在对国内外城镇化发展评价指标体系进行分析的基础上,根据现代田园城市的内涵及特征,从产业高效、城乡协调、资源集约、环境友好和城市宜居五个方面构建一套科学、合理的综合评价指标体系,以期推动中国新型城镇化下现代田园城市的建设和发展。

Evaluation indicator of modern garden city is a tool to measure and evaluate the status and trends of Chinese new pattern urbanization development. Based on the analysis of urbanization development evaluation indicators system at home and abroad,this paper proposes a set of scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation index system from five dimensions including industry efficiency,urban and rural coordination,resources intensively,environmentally friendly and livable city according to the connotation and characteristic of modern garden city,so as to promote the construction and development of modern garden city from the perspective of new pattern urbanization.
