摘要
针对液体流量标准装置中开式换向器对流量测量带来的误差问题,分析了开式换向器换入/换出时间差作为换向器不确定度来源的不合理性。根据开式换向器实际工作时换向挡板与计时器配合的实际情况,提出将换向挡板位置作为换向器的一个不确定度来源,并采用改变换向挡板位置的方法进行了试验验证,试验流量为14.0 m3/h。结果表明,提出将换向挡板位置作为换向器的一个不确定度来源是合理的。
In liquid flow standard facilities, the open type commutators may cause error in flow measurement, aiming at this problem, the unreasonableness of considering the time difference between IN/OUT of the open type commutator as a source of uncertainty of the commulator is analyzed. In accordance with the practical coordination situation of the damper and timer in commutator while operating, the concept of considering the position of damper as a source of uncertainty is proposed, and the experimental verification by using the method of changing damper position is conducted under the flow rate of 14.0 m3/h. The result indicates that the concept proposed is reasonable.
