本研究课题基于企业生产经营系统模型,运用网络计划技术、企业资源计划技术原理和流程分析、案例研讨等方法,对企业经营子系统之间互动关系及其运用进行研究,发现企业经营子系统之间除了存在着成本制约互动关系之外,还存在着原材料、产成品品种及其数量需求制约等互动关系,其对企业生产经营与市场博弈有直接或间接的影响;运用互动分析可以进行子系统之间需求分析,计算相关系统项目的时间参数等,并可利用所得信息研判经营系统状况,开展企业经营的流程推演,检测方案效果。本研究有助于提高企业经营博弈动态决策的科学性和有效性。

Based on enterprise management system models, this research project makes use of network planning technology,principles of enterprise resources planning technology, process analysis, case study, etc. and carries out research on the interactive relations and application of subsystems of enterprise management. The research reveals that interactive relations exist among different subsystems of enterprise management not only in terms of cost restrictions, but in terms of restrictions on raw materials, variety of products,demand of quantity etc. which have a direct or indirect impact on production management and market competition. By using interactive analysis one can analyze the demand of different subsystems and the parameters of time related to computer systems. With the above information one can assess the conditions of the management systems,demonstrate the process of enterprise management and measure the effects of various plans. The project helps to improve the scientificness and effectiveness of dynamic decision-making in enterprise management games.
