Talking Experience in Equipment Manufacturing Quality Supervision from the Manufacturing of Steel Pipes for Subsea Pipeline

通过对某海底天然气管道用钢管驻厂监造过程的总结,指出意识重视、超前储备,及早介入、全面服务,精心组织、积极实践,突出重点、查遗堵漏、严把质量对保证监造工作、监造产品质量起到了良好作用。在全面监造的同时,突出重点,将传统仅限于工厂的监造延伸到了码头及装运,将项目中所有"首次"活动、生产过程中出现问题或容易出问题的环节作为重点进行监控。通过监造项目的成功开展,对推动国产钢管用于海底管道建设起到了示范效果。

By summing up the experience in the manufacturing quality supervision process of steel pipes for subsea pipline, it is pointed out that ＂ideological emphasis, reserving in advance, early intervention, comprehensive services, well organization, positive practice, emphasizing key points, finding out omissions, strictly controlling quality＂ are of good effect to improving the manufacturing quality of products. Not only is the manufacturing quality of products comprehensively supervised, but also key points are emphasized.The supervision of product manufacturing process in factory should be extended to the transportation of products, and all the first activities, the occurred problems and the links at which problems easily occur in the product manufacturing process should be focused on supervision. The factory manufacturing quality supervision for steel pipes for subsea pipeline promotes domestic steel pipe for the construction of subsea pipeline.
