从钻井队计量管理的现状和管理难点谈起,设想通过搭建一个网络技术运行平台、接入门户网站、建立B/S服务器和门户客户端录入模式、在台帐中嵌入电子证书、增加计量器具到期提醒等6项功能,实现计量网络化办公,做好钻井队计量管理。最终通过研发计量管理信息平台,解决了生产实际中的问题,提高了钻井队计量管理水平,提高了公司管理效率,使油田钻井公司整体计量管理水平上了一个台阶。
