井下作业案例的编写没有固定格式和相应标准,编写案例的随意性很大。通过对大量井下作业案例分析后,阐述了案例编写的常见问题,提出编写案例真实的情景、典型的事件、问题呈现、解决方法或对策四要素,以及案例编写较简洁的格式。

there are no fixed format and corresponding standards for writing of downhole operation cases, and so there is a big randomness in the writing of downhole operation cases. The common problems in the writing of downhole operation cases are expounded by the analysis of a lot of downhole operation cases, and four key elements for the writing of downhole operation cases are proposed,that is, real scene, typical event, problem presenting and solution plan（or countermeasures）. A simple format for the writing of downhole operation cases is also presented.
