摘要
教师的专业化水平对教育质量有着决定性作用,而教师培训是实现教师专业化的主要手段之一。培训模式作为培训组织、实施的形式体现,对培训质量起着重要作用。而当前教师培训模式存在诸多问题,其中以不能满足教师的实际需求为主要问题之一。基于此背景,通过实际应用中的尝试探索,在知识建构理论和学习金字塔理论的指导下,构建出了需求导向的教师培训模式并取得一定应用效果。文章对该模式进行了分析,并介绍了模式的建构过程、特征及其使用时的关键策略,同时通过案例分析阐述了该模式的实际应用效果。
The professional level of teachers plays a decisive role in the quality of education and teacher training is one of the main means to achieve teachers'professionalization.Training pattern, as a reflection of training organization and implementation forms, plays an important role in the training quality.Among many problems in the current teacher training pattern, one major problem is that many training patterns cannot meet the actual needs of teachers.Based on this situation, the author has built the demand-oriented training pattern under the guidance of knowledge construction theory and learning pyramid theory. This paper attempts to describe the pattern and analyze the process of pattern construction, characteristics of this pattern and key strategies during using the pattern.Then it illustrates the application effects of the pattern with a case analysis.
