摘要
髁突骨软骨瘤是临床较为少见的疾病,患者常伴有严重的面部不对称畸形和功能障碍。由于畸形复杂多样,个体差异大,制定最佳的个体化治疗方案是临床医师一直追求的目标。同时,对经验欠缺的年轻医师的教学和培训也是一个难题。该研究尝试利用虚拟技术对髁突骨软骨瘤进行手术设计及预测,探索最佳化的治疗方案,恢复患者面部对称性及咬合功能,同时实现该疾病诊疗的教学及培训,获得了较好的效果。
Osteochondroma of mandibular condyle is a rare disease in clinic.Patients have severe facial asymmetry and malocclusion.Because of the complexity and diversity of the deformities, ideal and individualized surgical planning is the goal that surgeons have been pursuing.At the same time, teaching and training of inexperienced young doctors is difficult.In this study, virtual reality technology was attempted in surgical planning and prediction of condylar osteochondroma.The ideal surgical planning was explored to restore patients'facial symmetry and occlusion.Surgical teaching and training in treatment of condylar osteochondroma was realized with satisfactory results.
