摘要
当前,高等医学院校在教师教学能力发展方面普遍存在对教师教学能力发展认识有误区、教师教学能力培养体系及高等医学院校教师评价制度不完善等问题。针对这种状况,提出应以终身教育思想为指导,根据教师职业发展阶段和年龄阶段的特点,建立分层次的高等医学院校教师教学能力发展内容和方式,以适应各阶段教师发展的需要;并应从观念层面、制度层次、组织层面建立相应的保障机制。
Currently, there are some universal problems at medical colleges and universities, such as misunderstanding and imperfection of training and evaluation system for teachers'teaching ability development.For this kind of problem, this paper proposes that medical colleges and universities should set up hierarchical teaching ability development contents and methods according to the characteristics of teachers'professional development stage and age under the guidance of life-long education thought so as to meets needs of teacher development at various stages.Meanwhile, medical colleges and universities should establish corresponding guarantee mechanism at the levels of concept, system and organization.
