摘要
连杆轴瓦和主轴承轴瓦是柴油机内部的关键零部件,它们的工作可靠性直接影响柴油机正常使用。简述了280系列船用柴油机在不能采用传统工艺方法更换轴瓦的情况下,通过合理设计油底壳,达到在船体上有限空间里,在轴瓦出现故障后,不吊起柴油机和不分离柴油机油底壳和机体,直接换轴瓦。
Connecting rod bearing shell and the main bearing is the key parts in the diesel engine and their working reliability directly affect the normal use of diesel engine. This paper briefly describes the 280 series marine diesel engine will not be used in the condition of traditional process method changing the bearing, oil sump by reasonable design. We make it come true that in a limited space on the hull, after bearing failure, we needn't lift the diesel engine oil pan and the body, directly replace the bearing shell.
