摘要
凸轮轴是汽车发动机五大关键零部件之一。中空凸轮轴因其质量轻,能耗低,中空结构可做润滑油路,材料利用率高等优点而逐渐取代传统实心凸轮轴,成为目前和未来的发展方向。主要叙述了中空凸轮轴制备工艺的发展及应用现状,重点讨论了组合式中空凸轮轴常用连接方式的原理和特点,并对粉末冶金中空凸轮轴和滚花装配式中空凸轮轴进行了详细介绍。
Camshaft is one of the most important components of automotive engines. Hollow camshafts, which have the advantages of light weight, low power consumption, high utilization of materials and less processing operations, have been the main development direction of camshafts both at present and in the future. In this paper, development and application of the hollow camshaft preparation processes are introduced, and preparation methods of assembled hollow camshafts are mainly discussed. The powder metallurgy assembled hollow camshafts and knurling jointing assembled camshafts are described in detail.
