摘要
目前,轨道交通区域社会治理高要求和警力短缺的矛盾日益加深。因此,轨道公交总队按照提升民警履职能力实现警力无增长改善的理念,借鉴大型企业成功培训的经验和做法,在对总队以往教育训练工作情况和民警能力短板进行分析的基础上,提升教育训练重视程度,扎实推进教育训练基层落实,探索教育训练能级打造,突出教育训练专业塑造,以提升民警的履职能力。
Nowadays the contradiction between the high demand for the governance of metrocovering areas and shortage of police resources is becoming more and more serious. Acting on the notion of improving the police officers' duty-performing competency without increasing the police number, taking for reference successful training experience and practices of large-scale enterprises, based on the analysis of the department's previous education and training and weaknesses of police competency, the Urban Metro and Transport Department has begun with its top-level teaching design, credit-accumulating training mode and appropriate training contents, innovated test modes, laid more emphasis on education and training, ensured education and training to be carried out in first-line units, explored competency ranking in education and training, highlighted professional fosterage in order to improve police officers' duty-performing competency.
