大功率双路交错并联APFC模块的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 采用双路交错并联有源功率因数校正技术(interleaved active power factor correction,Interleaved APFC),设计并实现了一款高功率因数、小体积、高效率、低谐波的"绿色"功率因数校正模块。3500 W样机实验结果表明:该功率因数校正模块在单相165~275 VAC电压范围内,得到稳定的直流电压输出,输入交流电流能很好地跟踪输入交流电压,峰值功率因数达到0.998,峰值效率达到96.9%。其工作可靠,成本较低,已成功用于多种中大功率激光器供电系统。 A"green"interleaved active power factor correction( APFC) module is designed and realized with two interleaved APFC technology,and it has the characteristics of high power factor,small volume,high efficiency and low harmonics. Experimental results of 3500 W APFC module prototype show that stable output voltage can be obtained when the range of input voltage is 165 - 275 V AC,and the input current can track the input voltage well. The peak power factor reaches 0. 998,and the peak efficiency reaches 96. 9%. The experimental results verify that the interleaved APFC module is reliable and low-costing,and it has been used for power supply of high-power and medium-power laser.
