船舶起货机故障设置教学装置的研制

Fault Setting for Teaching Device of Ship Cargo Winch

简要介绍船舶起货机组成及功能,设计了一种船舶起货机故障模拟系统。为了使学生的动手能力得到有效的提高,在起货机控制系统上建立了故障设置装置。用单片机对起货机系统进行整体的控制,也使在校学生有机会学会处理一些相对复杂的电气故障,解决了在教学上如何提高学生动手能力这一难题,在实际的教学中验证了该装置的可行性。

The paper briefly introduces composition and function of marine cargo winch, and designs a marine cargo winch fault simulation system. In order to improve students＇ practical ability effectively,physical fault setting device is established on the cargo winch control system. MCU is used to control the whole system of crane machine. Students have the opportunity to learn to deal with some relatively complex electrical failure, and their operation ability is improved. The feasibility of the device is verified in the actual teaching.
