摘要
针对我国综采放顶煤工作面放煤操作的难题,以回采率高、含矸少为原则控制放煤量,采用记忆放煤时序控制模式,嵌入智能决策机制,实现放煤动作的科学连续。放煤顺序采用分段多窗口多轮放工艺,根据煤层可放难易程度设置放煤窗口开放时间,控制打开放煤窗口的数量,通过人工干预控制,检验放煤效果。系统记忆放煤参数,作为后续工作面大规模放顶煤液压支架分段多窗口多轮放煤控制的样本,当工作面煤层厚度和条件发生变化时,采用神经网络自适应模式可调整放煤参数,实现智能放煤。
In view of the problem of coal caving operation for fully mechanized coal caving face in our country, the amount of coal caving was controlled based on the principle of high recovery rate and less refuse. Using the memory coal caving sequential control and embedding intelligent decision-making mechanism, realized the science and continuous coal caving. The coal caving order used process of segmented multi-window and multi-rounds. The control system could set the coal caving window opening time and control the number of open coal caving window according to the degree of difficulty for coal caving. By manual intervention control, it could examine the effect of coal caving. The memory coal caving parameter of system could be the samples of segmented multi-window and multi-rounds control for the subsequent working face mass caving hydraulic support. When the coal seam thickness and conditions of working face changed, the system could realize the intelligent control by adaptive adjusting the parameters of coal caving.
