摘要
综采工作面液压支架的安装与回撤是非常繁重的工作。为了提高综采液压支架的拆装效率及其机械化作业水平,降低工作人员的劳动强度,提出煤矿跑车式综采液压支架组装架的结构设计,建立三维虚拟模型,随后利用ANSYS-Workbench对起吊跑车的承载平台进行疲劳分析。分析结果显示,起吊跑车承载平台的强度及寿命均满足要求。
The installation and dismantlement of fully mechanized mining hydraulic support is a very heavy job. In order to improve the disassembling efficiency and mechanical working level of hydraulic support, and reduce the labor intensity, the structure design of a travelling assemble frame is proposed. Its 3D virtual model is built and then the fatigue analysis for the beating platform of the lifting traveler has been carried out by ANSYS-Workbench. The results of analysis show that the strength and service life of beating platform are both meet the requirements.
