洗选厂索道信号系统的改进

摘要 金鸡岩洗选厂索道开停车信号联络采用共用线控制模式,不能准确识别判断信号源,不利于索道的安全运行。针对索道共用线信号模式的弊端,采用继电器控制模式,增设事故点的灯光指示,使各站点对彼此的运行状况一目了然,有效地避免了听声辨点存在的安全隐患。经过技术改进,减少了故障影响和处理时间,促进了索道运输效率的提高,具有很好的实际效果。 The start/ stop signal connection of cable uses the common lines control mode in Jinjiyan washing plant, which can not judge the signal source and bad for safe operation of cable. On account of the disadvantages of cable common line signal mode, adopts the relay control mode, adds the light hint of accident place, which makes clear of the operation condition in each station and avoids the hidden danger of judging by sound before. The technology improvement reduces the fault effect and treatment time, improve the transport efficiency of cable.
