摘要
分析了国内外长距离带式输送机语音传输中存在的问题,设计研究了一种在语音信号传输的改进方法,即采用调频波的传输技术,很好地解决了带式输送机单机长度>4 km的语音传输技术。重点介绍了语音信号传输电路的工作原理和关键电路设计。通过试验结果分析,该改进技术满足了设计要求,取得了较好的效果。
Analyzes the problems in the vocal transmission of long distance beh conveyor in both domestic and overseas, design and research one improvement method for the vocal signal transmission, which adopts the frequency wave transmission technology, well solves the vocal transmission technology in the length that more than 4 km of belt conveyor. Emphasis introduces the working principles and key circuits design of the transmission circuit. This test results show that the improved vocal transmission technology satisfy the design requirements and gains good effect.
