摘要
液压支架的承载压力是影响其安全的重要因素,针对目前矿用液压支架压力监测方面的缺陷,设计了一种基于Lab VIEW的矿用液压支架压力监测系统。主要采用Lab VIEW实时采集存储支架压力的工况信息,以单片机和Lab VIEW为基础进行数据的处理与显示,提高对液压支架的实时控制性。重点介绍系统构成、软硬件设计等。该系统通过采集数据分析,可为监测综采工作面的顶板压力提供了一种有效可行的分析方法,确保液压支架使用的安全性能。
The bearing pressure of the hydraulic supoort under the coal mine is the much important tactor ot influencing safety. In view of the present mining monitoring defects of the support, a mining pressure monitoring system has been designed based on LabVIEW, and then the overall system structure, the hydraulic system principle, the monitoring program, the data communication have been established. The collection, process and display of the real-time pressure data based on the single-chip microcomputer and LabVIEW improve the support' s real-time control performance.
