摘要
通过对井下煤仓的常态脱水方法和所受侧压力的分析,设计出一套沿煤仓壁布置的排水钢管装置。理论研究和有限元分析验证了其可行性。该装置为清除井下煤仓中的大量水分,防范井下煤仓的堵仓和涌仓事故提供了新的思路。
Through demonstrating some common dewatering methods used in the underground coal bunker and analyzing the lateral pressure of the underground coal bunker, a set of device with drainpipes along the bunker wall is designed. In addition, the feasibility of the device has been verified on the basis of theoretical study and finite element analysis (FEA). Therefore, it provides some new ideas to clear much water and prevent the coal-jam and overflow accidents in underground coal bunkers.
