摘要
矿用产品在设计其隔爆外壳的过程中,经常会选择加强筋结构以增加其外壳的强度。为合理应用加强筋的设计,采用有限元分析法优化加强筋的设计与布置。分析结果表明,合理设计与使用加强筋可提高隔爆产品的强度,同时也有效减少钢的耗量。
In the design of the flameproof shell for mining products, often chooses the reinforcement structure to increase the strength of the shell. In order to reasonably apply the design of reinforcement, adopts the finite element analysis (FEA) method to optimize the design and display of reinforcement. The analysis results show that under the condition of the rational use of reinforcement, it can effectively reduce the strength of the steel consumption and improve the product.
