摘要
在保证现有中心传动磨机减速机功率分流,通过挠性轴扭转变形实现均载的基础上,改变第二级小齿轮与挠性轴的联接方式,实现调整均载更方便,装配精度和承载能力更高,维修更方便,减少大量维修时间和维修成本。
Flexible shaft is adopted to share load and power dividing is ensured for center driving mill reducer.The connection style between the second stage gear and flexible shaft is changed,the adjustment of load sharing is more convenient. The assembly precision and load capacity is higher. The maintenance is more convenient and maintenance time and cost are reduced.
