地市高职院校学生职业价值取向现状与对策

The Present State of Local Vocational Colleges Students' Occupation Value Orientation and Its Countermeasures

伴随着高教大众化和社会转型,高校毕业生就业压力上升。受社会、家庭、学校和自身诸方面的影响,高职学生的职业价值观呈现出重功利价值、又希望实现自我成长,重职业地位、又希望专业特长得到发挥,重自主意识、又缺乏对职业全方位认识等多元、复杂和矛盾现象。高职院校肩负着培养多样化人才、传承技术技能、促进就业创业的职责,要把加强学生职业价值教育贯穿于提高人才培养质量的全程,积极争取政府完善就业创业优惠政策,鼓励大学生投身新型城镇化建设,通过加强职业指导课程建设、强化师资队伍建设和优化校园文化氛围等构建职业价值教育体系,引导学生树立正确职业价值观。

Along with the popularization of higher education and the transformation of the society, the university graduates employment pressure rises.Influenced by the society,family,school and their own various reasons,vocational college students’occupation value orientation tends to care more about the utilitarian value,but hope to achieve their self growth,to care more about occupation status,but hope to display their professional expertise,to care more about independent consciousness,but lack comprehensive understanding of the occupation reality,all of which are multiple,complex and contra-dictory phenomenon.Vocational colleges shoulder the training of diversified talents,who can pass on technical skills and promote employment responsibilities.Vocational colleges should place students’oc-cupation value education throughout the whole course in the training of qualified talents and actively strive for the government’s preferential policies to improve the employment,to encourage students to join in the new urbanization construction,by strengthening the curriculum construction,occupation guidance to strengthen the teachers team construction and optimization campus cultural atmosphere to construct the system of occupation education value,and to guide students to setup correct occupation values.
