Since the collapse of Japan' s bubble economy, the structural reform has been considered as the effective therapy for Japanese weakening economy. The Abe administration, taking power in the end of 2012, has also realized the importance of the structural reform and attempted to carry out it on two levels, namely economic and institutional. In spite of some achievement, due to the inherent defects of the policy and the fact that the reform has been restricted by the traditional political and economic operating system. The structural reform of Abenomics has not achieved the expected results so far. The frustration of the reform has reflected some existing structural drawbacks in Japanese economy such as policy compromise and the limitation of its market system.
