摘要
采用不同漂白剂对改性速生杨木进行漂白处理,利用分光测色仪测量漂白前后试件的表面材色,分析试件白度得到适合改性速生杨木的主漂白剂,并通过抽提处理及综合优化实验得到最佳漂白工艺。结果表明,氧化型漂白剂更适合改性速生杨木漂白。优化后最佳漂白工艺为:利用浓度为0.3%的氢氧化钠进行12 h抽提处理后涂刷30%双氧水和25%氨水混合液,比例为双氧水:氨水:水=1:0.2:1。
The modified fast-growing poplar was bleached with different bleaching agents and bleaching process. The color of bleaching samples were measured by color measurement instrument. The purpose was to get the main bleaching agent of modified fast-growing popular by analyzing the whiteness. Then extraction and comprehencive optimization were carried to get the optimal bleaching process. The results showed that the oxidative bleaching agent was better for modified fast-growing poplar. The optimal bleaching was achieved when using 0.3% NaOH to extract for 12 h and then brushing the mixing liquid of 30% H2O2,25% NH3·H20 and water. The ratio of the mixture liquid is 1:0.2: 1.
