摘要
该文以JK系列双滚筒提升机为对象,对提升机主轴断裂原因进行深入分析,进一步说明了裂纹扩展研究的重要性。通过对传统的提升机主轴强度和挠度校核分析,发现传统优化设计方法中存在的缺陷,为断裂力学理论在提升机主轴断裂中的应用提供了必要性。
This paper uses JK series double drum hoist as object, Carries on the thorough analysis the reason of the hoist spindle fracture, illustrates the importance of crack extension. Based on the analysis of traditional hoist spindle strength and deflection, found that the defects existing in the traditional optimization design methods, provides the necessity of the application of fracture mechanics on the fracture of the hoist spindle.
