摘要 针对寺河煤矿二号井15#煤层坚硬顶板难以垮落,易造成大面积悬顶致灾等问题,该文介绍了以往矿上采用的两巷深孔爆破技术治理K2石灰岩顶板的弊端,并指出其与定向水力压裂技术的区别,通过围岩地质力学测试,提出了坚硬顶板定向水力压裂弱化新技术的合理参数,并在151305工作面进行了工程实践。实践结果表明:水力压裂裂缝的扩展半径约为20~25m,顶板依次分层垮落,取得了明显的效果。 Aiming at the problem of the collapsing difficulty and hanging the big area roof in 15# coal seam hard roof of Sihe Coal Mine No.2 shaft, this paper introduces the drawbacks using the deep hole blasting technology in two entries in past to govern K2 limestone, and points out the difference with the directional hydraulic fracturing technology, through the geological mechanics of surrounding rock test, and put forward reasonable parameters of directional hydraulic fracturing of hard roof weakening of new technologies, and gives the engineering practice in 151305 working face. The practice results indicated that: the expansion radius of the hydraulic fracturing is about 20~25m, sequentially layered roof caving, and achieved significant results.
