摘要
芯片原子钟具有体积小、功耗低、成本低的突出优点,可应用于北斗卫星导航接收机、水下导航、武器系统数据链、时频体系节点等,是最具有工程应用前景的原子钟。回顾了国外芯片原子钟的发展历程,并给出了一种国产芯片原子钟的主要技术指标。讨论了芯片原子钟的常用技术方案,并分析了体积与功耗、频率稳定度、天老化率、秒驯服功能、温度系数等指标的影响因素和改进措施,最后指出了芯片原子钟的发展目标。
With small volume, low power consumption and low cost, CSAC becomes the most potential atomic clock, and can be applied widely in compass navigation satellite receivers, underwater navigation, data chain of weapon system, and nodal point of time- freq- system. The development history of CSAC is reviewed and the main technical indexes made by Chengdu Spaceon Electronics Co., Ltd. is introduced. The common technical proposal of CSAC is discussed, and the measurement results of frequency aging, frequency stability and temperature coefficient is demonstrated.
