Research on Evaluation Index System of Comprehensive Benefits of Leisure Agriculture

文章基于"三农"视角,运用农业多功能性理论和目标法,在明确休闲农业综合效益作用机理的前提下,构建了以休闲农业综合效益为目标层,以农业经济效益、农村环境效益和农民发展效益为准则层,由18个评价指标组成的休闲农业综合效益评价指标体系.

Based on “three rural”point of view,which includ the rural areas,agriculture and farmers＇;perspective,analyzes the composition of comprehensive benefits of leisure agriculture.Using the theory of agricultural versatility and the method of objective,the evaluation index system of it is built.Finally,the e-valuation index system of comprehensive benefits of leisure agriculture contains one target layer,three guidelines layers and eighteen evaluation factors.The target layer is the core of this article,which referring to the social impact of leisure agricultural ,named comprehensive benefits of leisure agriculture.The three guidelines layers are the three types of comprehensive benefits of leisure agriculture,including agro-indus-trial efficiency,environmental benefits of rural and farmers’development benefits.The eighteen evaluation factors are specific indicators which can evaluate the benefits of leisure agriculture.There are growth speed of GDP,density of GDP,proportion of Leisure agriculture in total agricultural,absorption capacity of Community employment,per capita net income of farmers,Engel’s coefficient,poverty rate,air quality compliance rate,traffic mileage,water penetration,NCMS participation rate,per capita public recreational space,garbage treatment rate,rate of reduce illiteracy,average life expectancy,PC penetration,per capi-ta housing value and life satisfaction.
