摘要
创新图书馆管理模式,必须贯彻落实以读者为本的核心价值理念。文章试图就以读者为本的价值理念、价值目标、价值本质等一系列问题进行分析,提出以读者为本的价值灵魂就是热爱读者。
The implementation of a reader-oriented core value is essential for innovating the management mode of libraries. By analyzing the concept, the objective and the nature of the reader-oriented core value, the writer proposes that the soul of this value is to serve the reader.
