大数据环境下信息管理专业人才培养模式分析与构建

The Analysis and Construction of International Professional Training Mode in Information Management in Big Data Environments

信息人才无论是对构建具有国际竞争力的高等教育系统,还是对社会经济发展都具有举足轻重的作用,因此也成为各大高校的信息化人才培养目标。该文梳理了国内外大学的信息化和国际化人才培养的研究成果,选取国内外具有代表性的5所高校,对其国际化人才培养模式从培养目标、课程设置、课程内容等方面进行比较分析和总结,最后提出国内信息化人才的培养模式。

The international information professionals play a pivotal role both for building an internationally competitive higher education system and the socio-economic development, so as to the talent training objectives in many universities. The research achievements on personnel training are summarized. From the perspective of training objectives, curriculum, course, a few representative domestic and foreign universities is selected, talent training mode is analyzed. Finally, training mode of information technology professionals in china is concluded.
