This paper comprehensively analyses the status of the rural community education in Gaochun which is inoverall well-off and the process of modernization construction.And it points out the exsiting problems of educator andeducatee,fiscal guarantee and school conditions,mechanism and resources as well as community education concepts,proposing some specific improvement and coping strategies.In additionit offers the predictable development prospect ofthe rural community education in Gaochun.
